The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open tenders for comprehensive structural consultancy services related to the construction of the IBB Road and fence in the Dhalai District of North Tripura, specifically concerning the Bailey Bridge and abutment structure at BP NO. 2273/7-S Kalyan Singh Nallah and BP NO. 2274/4-S. This includes soil investigation, topographical survey design, and drawings for construction (3rd Call). The estimated cost of the work is ₹9,07,400. The NIT/RFP number is 10/NIT/EE/BFD-III/AGT/2025-26 - Recall 2. A mandatory Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹18,148 is required, payable via DD, FDR, BC, or BG, in favor of THE EXECUTIVE ENGINEER, BORDER FENCING DIVISION-III, CPWD, AGARTALA, TRIPURA(W). Bidders must also submit mandatory documents including scanned copies or original EMD, a copy of the EMD deposition receipt, CPWD empanelment details (if applicable), GST registration certificate or undertaking, affidavit as per clause 2.4 of CPWD-6, a letter of transmittal (ANNEXURE III), performance reports (Form A & C), organizational structure (Form B), a list of similar completed works (Form C), and any other document specified in the NIT.
