E-IN-C Branch - Military Engineer Services, a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open tenders for the "Repairs/ Renewal of OH Line, LT UG Cable, LT Pole, Re-stringing of OH Line, Cutting of Tree Branches and Allied Works at AOC Centre Mudfort, Hanuman Temple Havelock Line, NCC, DOU, Safilguda, Sappers Line, ABC Line Solar Plant and Adjoining Area". This is an item rate contract valued at ₹45,00,000. Interested parties must submit a tender fee of ₹500 and an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹90,000, payable to GE (Utility) Secunderabad, through Bankers Cheque or Demand Draft. The tender documents can be downloaded from 2nd June 2025, and the bid submission deadline is 23rd June 2025, until 6:00 PM. Bids will be opened on 30th June 2025 at 12:00 PM in Secunderabad. Prospective bidders must submit scanned copies of required documents, including the DD/BC for the tender fee, MES enlistment letter/eligibility documents, GST and EPF registration letters, application on letterhead, undertaking for no outstanding recovery, electrical license, and other documents as per the Notice Inviting Tender (NIT).
