The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open tenders for the Construction of Regional Centre for NCDC (National Centre for Disease Control) Main block including comprehensive infrastructure works such as internal water supply, sanitary installations, drainage, development works, electrical installations (internal and external), fire alarm and firefighting systems, lifts, substation, DG set, HVAC, CCTV, street lights, solar generation system, LAN, STP&ETP, UG fire sump and miscellaneous works located at Nacharam (vil), Uppal (M), Medchal-Malkajgiri, Hyderabad, Telangana-76. The estimated cost of the project is ₹ 33,82,18,586 with a completion timeline of 18 months. Interested bidders must submit an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 43,82,186 in the form of DD, FDR, CDR, BC, TC or BG in favor of EE&SM( C), ICMRGVPD, CPWD, Hyderabad. Key dates to note are: Document Download and Bid Submission End Date is 10-Oct-2025 at 03:00 PM, and the Bid Opening Date is 10-Oct-2025 at 03:30 PM. Bidders must refer to NIT/RFP NO 02/NIT/ICMRGVPC/05/ICMRGVPD/2025-26 and ensure all mandatory documents, including Insurance Surety Bonds, Account Payee Demand draft or Bankers Cheque or Fixed Deposit Receipts or and Bank Guarantee including e-Bank Guarantee against EMD, GST registration certificate for Telangana (if applicable), valid CPWD enlistment order, and various affidavits and declarations as per the tender document (Forms A through F), are submitted.
