The work also encompasses elements related to the Construction of Global Centre of Excellence on Millets (Shree Anna) for Research Complex at IIMR, Rajendranagar, Hyderabad, specifically the construction of a Global Centre of Excellence of RCC framed (G plus 3) structure including WS & SI, RCC sump, septic tank, drainage, internal CC road and IEI, fans, power wiring, LAN, Telephone cables, water supply pumpsets, substation equipment, Automatic fire alarm, firefighting, VRV/VRF Air conditioning system, EPABX, 250 KwP Solar plant, AV system, 400 KVA DG Set, passenger and goods lifts, UPS, CCTV cameras, LAN & EPANX system, Access control system, AV system, Lighting automation, kitchen ventilation system and Cold storage room. The estimated cost is ₹ 5,82,720 and the Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) required is ₹ 11,654, payable via DD, FDR, or BG in favor of the Executive Engineer(E)-I-Hyd., CPWD, Hyderabad.
