Electrical installations encompass internal wiring, power wiring, firefighting with a wet riser system, automatic fire alarm system, lightning conductors, SITC of lifts, substation, DG sets, UPS system, VRV/VRF system, CCTV system, access control system, automation lighting, LAN system, IP-based EPABX system, LED street lighting, and illuminated signage. The project duration is 450 days, utilizing an EPC Percentage bid type. Key dates include a document download end date and bid submission end date of September 17, 2025, at 03:00 PM, and a bid opening date of September 17, 2025, at 04:00 PM.
