The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open percentage bids for the operation and maintenance of various electrical and mechanical systems at the National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research (NIPHM), Rajendranagar, Hyderabad. This includes IEI fans, pumpsets, street lights, DG sets, a transformer and 11 kV substation, fire alarm system, lifts, RO plant system, and solar water heating system at Hostels. The work extends to the maintenance of both residential and non-residential buildings within NIPHM.
