Tamilnadu Newsprint and Papers Limited (TNPL), a State Government and UT organization, invites Expression of Interest (EOI) in a two-stage Open Tender process for the enlistment of Freight Forwarders. The scope of work involves providing freight forwarding services for the export of Paper/Board in 20ft/40ft containers for the period spanning October 2026 to September 2027. The tender, identified by Reference Number TNPL/PUR/CO/262713002520, was e-published on 16-Jul-2026 at 12:30 PM. Interested bidders can download tender documents and submit their bids from 16-Jul-2026 at 12:45 PM and 01:00 PM, respectively, with the deadline for both document download and bid submission being 03-Aug-2026 at 03:00 PM. Technical and Financial bids will be opened on 04-Aug-2026 at 04:00 PM. A non-refundable tender fee of ₹590 is applicable, although exemption is allowed, and no Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) is required. Bidders must submit required documents including proof of tender fee remittance, GST and PAN details, constitution of organization, authorization letter, valid MTO registration, proof of minimum 3 years' experience from 01.04.2023, and statements of Bill of Ladings demonstrating handling of 250 containers per month, along with the duly filled and signed Enlistment Application (Annexure-III) and the signed tender document.
