The Tamil Nadu Housing Board, through its EE ADO CIT Nagar Division, invites sealed bids for the engagement of twelve (12) Security Guards. This vital service is required for the entire scheme area, including the Sewage Treatment Plant (STP), for the 1387 TNGRHS Flats located at Todhunter Nagar, Saidapet, Chennai District. The contract period will span from September 1, 2026, to March 31, 2027, fulfilling the security needs for the year 2026-2027.
