The Tamil Nadu Housing Board, through its Executive Engineer and Ado, Anna Nagar Division, located at Anna Nagar Division, TNHB Head Office Building, 4th Floor, B wing, 1st Main Road, CIT Nagar, Chennai 600 035, invites eligible and experienced bidders for an Open Tender (Tender Reference Number: TNHB/AND/15/2026-27) for "Engaging security services to the 272 TNGRHS flats at Padikuppam, Chennai District" for the period from August 1, 2026, to March 31, 2027.
