TNEB Limited, a State Government and UT organization, invites open tenders for the "ECHP-II- Upkeepment of conveyors by cleaning the Coal, coal powder and foreign materials etc., on walk ways, return belt, deck sheets, head end floor and tail end areas of conveyor-68" at TTPS, as outlined in Tender Reference Number CE/SE/MI/TTPS/73/2026-2027. The Chief Engineer/TTPS is the Tender Inviting Authority. The tender documents, including the BOQ, can be downloaded from December 18, 2025, at 09:00 AM until January 2, 2026, at 02:00 PM. Bids must be submitted online between the same dates. A fixed Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹12,700 is required, although EMD exemption is allowed. The bid opening date is scheduled for January 3, 2026, at 02:35 PM at O/o SE/MI/TTPS. This is a two-cover system tender. Cover 1 requires EMD, BQR and EPF, ESI, GST documents in .pdf format, and Cover 2 contains the price bid as per the BOQ in .xls format. The period of work is 365 days, with a bid validity of 90 days. No tender fee is applicable for this tender.
