The State Industries Promotion Corporation Of TamilNadu (SIPCOT), a State Government undertaking, through its Managing Director located at SIPCOT Head office, Egmore, Chennai, invites eligible contractors for an Open Tender (Tender Reference Number: NIT.No.04/CD/T.No.04/2026-27) for the "Creation of Infrastructure Facilities Viz Formation of Internal Roads with side drain, culverts, providing street light arrangement and providing Water supply distribution pipe line at SIPCOT Industrial Park, Manaparai." This comprehensive Civil Works project, valued at an estimated ₹43,60,00,000 (Rupees Forty-Three Crores Sixty Lakhs Only), is structured as a Lump-sum contract and requires an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹21,90,000 (Rupees Twenty-One Lakhs Ninety Thousand Only) with no tender fee.
