The Ministry of Railways, specifically the CHENNAI DIVISION-ENGINEERING/SOUTHERN RLY, located at the Office of Divisional Railway Manager Chennai Park Town Chennai, invites Open/Advertised tenders for a critical Annual Zonal Contract under Tender Reference Number MAS21OF26113B. This tender, categorized as 'Goods' related to 'Railway related Products', pertains to comprehensive maintenance services across various vital railway infrastructure zones in Chennai. The scope of work includes the Annual Zonal Contract for Zone-B6 (MPK Section), encompassing the maintenance of all buildings, Foot Over Bridges (FOB), and roads within Chennai Beach, Chennai Fort, Chennai Park, and Island Exhibition Ground. Additionally, it covers Zone B7-MAS, focusing on the maintenance of station and service buildings, the old concourse, circulating area, road, parcel office, drains, Platform No.1 to 7, water supply pipeline arrangements, and carriage watering. Furthermore, Zone B8-MAS is included, covering the maintenance of the station, new concourse building, Platform No. 8 to 11, water supply, and drainage arrangements. A mandatory Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of INR 778,500 is required for participation, with no Tender Fee applicable.
