MEPZ-SEZ Authority, a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open tenders for a significant works project involving the Design, Build, and Operation (DBO) of crucial wastewater treatment infrastructure at the Madras Export Processing Zone (MEPZ) in Tambaram, Chennai, Tamil Nadu. This project encompasses the design and construction of a 2.0 MLD capacity Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) based Common Effluent Treatment Plant (CETP) and a 3.5 MLD capacity based Common Sewage Treatment Plant (CSTP), along with 5 years of Operation and Maintenance. The estimated tender value is ₹76,44,00,000. A fixed Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹86,44,000 is required, payable to the MSEZA Fund Account in Chennai, with submission via Demand Draft, Banker's Cheque, or Bank Guarantee.
