Supply and Installation of VRF Air Conditioning Systems with AMC at HPCL GMO SZ

Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd, through its Petroleum House office, is issuing an invitation to bid for the supply and installation of VRF-based Air Conditioning Units at their GMO SZ facility. This procurement, identified by Bid Number GEM/2026/B/7922880, falls under the purview of the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas. The scope of work encompasses the provision of various VRF indoor and outdoor units, including 20 HP with dual compressor, 16 HP with dual compressor, 1.6 TR with cordless remote, 3.2 TR High Static Duct with corded remote, 4.6 TR High Static Duct with corded remote, 6.4 TR High Static Duct with corded remote, and 1 TR Hi-wall units with cordless remote. Additionally, the tender includes the supply of an 800 CMH Air to Air Heat Exchanger, a central controller capable of managing 64 indoor units, and associated materials such as Refnet joints for IDU or ODU, R410A refrigerant gas top-up, interconnecting copper piping with 19mm Class insulation, communication cabling with PVC conduit, condensate drain piping with 6mm insulation, 120 GSM GI ducting with canvas for ducting, and incoming power cabling for IDU and ODU.
