**TENDER DESCRIPTION: MATERIAL SHIFTING, FABRICATION, WELDING, AND MACHINING OF FITTINGS AT HEAVY WATER PLANT TUTICORIN** The Heavy Water Board, through its General Manager at the Heavy Water Plant Tuticorin, is pleased to invite bids for a critical works contract encompassing the material shifting, fabrication, welding, and machining of fittings. This Open Tender, identified by Tender Reference Number HWPT/MECH/2026/1113 and Tender ID 2026_HWB_920213_1, is valued at ₹20,18,500 for a contract period of 365 days. The scope of work is detailed as "Material shifting fabrication welding and machining of fittings at HWPT." Bids will be accepted on an Item Rate contract basis. Cover 2 will exclusively contain the Price Bid in .xls format. General technical evaluation and item-wise technical evaluation are not permitted for this tender.
