The E-IN-C BRANCH - MILITARY ENGINEER SERVICES, specifically the Garrison Engineer (M) NAS Arakkonam, invites eligible bidders for an Open Tender under Tender Reference Number 8598E8. Bidders are required to pay a non-refundable Tender Fee of ₹500 (Rupees Five Hundred only) and an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹80,000 (Rupees Eighty Thousand only), representing 2.0% of the estimated value. Both the Tender Fee and EMD are payable to the Garrison Engineer (M) NAS Arakkonam, with the Tender Fee payable at Arakkoanm and the EMD payable at Arakkonam. EMD exemption is allowed through BG/ST or as per exemption criteria. The tender submission requires two covers.
