The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open tenders for the construction of an Office Complex for the Bureau of Immigration, MHA at KK Nagar, Chennai, under NIT/RFP NO 75/CE/C3D/2025-26/CHENNAI. This composite tender encompasses Civil Works (Pile cum Raft Foundation, Building portion including Internal water supply, Sanitary Installations, Drainage, Compound wall and other Development works) and Electrical Works (Internal Electrical Installations and bulk services, development works etc.). The estimated cost of the project is ₹ 29,65,01,052 with a completion timeline of 24 months. An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 59,30,021 is required, payable via DD, FDR, BC, or BG in favour of EE/CCD V/CPWD/CHENNAI or EE/CCD I/CPWD/CHENNAI.
