The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) is inviting open tenders for the construction of a Curriculum Lab Building (G+4) for NIFTEM, Thanjavur. This composite project, encompassing both civil and electrical/mechanical works, is divided into two SH: Building portion including water supply, sanitary installation, Civil external service connection, Sewer lines, OHT without independent staging, water proofing work, UG Sump, Development works including Levelling, Paver Block, Internal roads & other miscellaneous works. SH - II: (Electrical and Mechanical installation) Package C1 Providing internal EI, C2 Providing fire alarm system, C3 Providing Fire fighting System, C4 Providing lifts, C5 Providing HVAC system, C6: Providing CCTV and Networking System, C 7 :Audio & Video System The estimated cost of the project is ₹18,87,37,662, and the time allowed for completion is 15 months. An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹28,87,377 is required, payable via DD, FDR, CDR, BC, TC, or BG, in favour of the Executive Engineer, Trichy Central Division, CPWD, Trichy.
