Work Description - Outsourcing Of Day To Day Upkeeping And Management Services Including House Keeping Caretaking Security Services And Catering Services Maintaining Of Cpwd Rti And Hostel Located At Gpra Campus, Kk Nagar, Chennai For 2 Years During 2025-27.

The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) is inviting open tenders for the outsourcing of comprehensive day-to-day upkeeping and management services, including housekeeping, caretaking, security, and catering, for the CPWD RTI and hostel located at GPRA campus, KK Nagar, Chennai. This contract spans two years, covering the period of 2025-2027, and has an estimated cost of ₹90,26,377.
