The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) is inviting open tenders for the construction of a 100-bedded ESIC Hospital building (basement + G+2 floors) and 32 residential quarters (Type-II, Type-III, and Type-IV configurations) with RCC framed structure at Vallam Vadagal SIPCOT, Sriperumbudur. This composite work, under NIT/RFP NO 04/SEcumPD/IITMPC/2025-26/CHENNAI/RECALL, also includes supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of a 200 Kwp On-Grid interactive Roof Top Solar Photo Voltaic power generation system for the hospital building. The estimated cost of the work is ₹1,27,56,400, and the earnest money deposit (EMD) is ₹2,55,128, payable via DD, FDR, BC, or BG in favour of EE, CCD-II, CPWD, Chennai.
