The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open tenders for the construction of significant infrastructure at NIT Puducherry, Karaikal, including a 456-bed boys' hostel block (No. 2), vertical extension of the girls' hostel, a two-floor common amenities center, 22 Type III quarters, 48 Type IV quarters, an indoor sports complex, and the development of proposed open sports infrastructure, specifically the construction of a compound wall for the girls' hostel. This project, under Tender No. 03/EE&SM(C)-II/KPD-II/2026-27, is valued at approximately ₹94,15,646 with an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹1,88,313, payable via DD, FDR, CDR, BC, or BG in favor of EE & SM (C) - II.
