The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open percentage bids for the composite work of connecting the sewage line from Chandan Hostel and other buildings (Ladies Hostel & Officers Mess) with an underground drainage system to the Corporation line for CASFoS at Coimbatore (Balance Work). This includes making new manholes along with NP2 pipes for carrying sewage from the Admin Building to the New Modular septic tank and pumping to the nearest Corporation line. The NIT/RFP NO is 13/EE/CED III/2025-26. The estimated cost of the work is ₹ 25,03,858, and the time allowed for completion is 4 months. An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 50,077 is required, payable via DD, FDR, or BG in favor of the Executive Engineer, CED III, CCU, Bengaluru. Mandatory documents for submission include a PAN card copy, copy of GST Registration Certificate (if applicable), copy of CPWD Enlistment Order, copy of receipt of deposition of original EMD, EMD Instrument, GST Registration Certificate or undertaking, a Letter of Transmittal and a valid electrical license.
