The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open percentage bids for the renovation of bathroom complexes (Ladies and PH Toilet) on the Fourth Floor of the Zonal Additional DGFT office, Chennai (Annex Building) at Shastri Bhavan, Nungambakkam, Chennai, representing the 1st Phase of renovation work. This civil works project, identified by Tender ID 142041 and reference number 62/EE/C1D/CPWD/CHENNAI/2025-26, has an estimated cost of ₹12,04,740, with a required Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹24,095 payable to the Executive Engineer, Chennai 1 Division, CPWD, Chennai via DD, FDR, CDR, BC, TC, or BG.
