The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open percentage bids for the work of "Providing and Fixing Aluminum Mesh Windows and Doors for 28 nos. of Type-II Quarters, 60 Nos of Type - III Quarters at GPRA Thirumangalam Campus, Chennai-40" under NIT number 50/EE/C1D/CPWD/CHENNAI/2025-26. The estimated cost of the project is ₹ 64,54,517 (Sixty Four Lakh Fifty Four Thousand Five Hundred and Seventeen Rupees), with a required Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 1,29,090 payable in favor of the Executive Engineer, Chennai 1 Division, CPWD, Chennai, via DD, FDR, CDR, BC, TC, or BG.
