The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open tenders for the interior renovation of Corporate Bhawan at Rajaji Salai, Chennai, encompassing both civil and electrical works. The project, with an estimated cost of ₹5,38,55,036, involves the interior renovation of the ground and third floors for civil works, and the provision of IEI, fans, UPS, fire alarm system, VRF air conditioning system, LAN system, CCTV, EPABX, access control system, and AV system etc. for the basement, ground, and third floors for electrical works.
