Work Description - Annual Comprehensive Maintenance Of 2 Nos 10 Lph, 1 No 20 Lph, 1 No 50 Lph, 2 Nos 60 Lph & 1 No 250 Lph Ro Water Filtration System For 2 Years Installed At Various Locations In Gpoa Rajaji Bhawan, Chennai-600 090 Period July 2026 To June 2028

The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), a Central Government Ministry/Department, formally invites bids for an Open Tender (NIT/RFP NO: 12/EE(E)-Chennai-II/2026-27/CPWD/Chennai-40/AE(E)) for the Annual Comprehensive Maintenance of multiple Reverse Osmosis (RO) Water Filtration Systems. The contract will span a period of 24 months, specifically from July 2026 to June 2028, with all systems located at various installations within GPOA Rajaji Bhawan, Chennai-600 090. The estimated cost for this project is ₹ 1,94,760/- (Rupees One Lakh Ninety Four Thousand Seven Hundred and Sixty only), and prospective bidders are required to submit an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 3,895/-. The EMD can be paid via Demand Draft (DD), Fixed Deposit Receipt (FDR), or Bank Guarantee (BG), favouring the Executive Engineer, CCD-IV, CPWD, Chennai-40. Eligibility criteria for this "COMPOSITE, NON-CPWD CONTRACTOR" tender require bidders to hold a valid CPWD Enlistment in appropriate classes of Composite Category, or present an OEM/OEM Authorized Agency certificate, or a Reverse Osmosis Water Filtration System manufacturer's certificate.
