The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open percentage bids for the Annual Repair and Maintenance Operations of Income Tax and Central Excise Staff Quarters at Meenambalpuram, Madurai, for the fiscal year 2025-2026. This project encompasses the operation and maintenance of a 75 KLD Sewage Treatment Plant at the Income Tax Staff Quarters (Sub-Work 1) and a 200 KLD Sewage Treatment Plant at the Central Excise Staff Quarters (Sub-Work 2). The estimated cost of the work is ₹14,48,349 (Fourteen Lakh Forty Eight Thousand Three Hundred and Forty Nine Rupees), with an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹28,967 payable via DD, FDR, BC, or BG in favor of the Executive Engineer, Madurai Central Division-I, CPWD, Madurai-625002.
