The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open tenders for the construction of a Seminar Hall at the First Floor over the existing student facilities (Examination Hall in Ground floor) for Gandhigram Rural Institute at Gandhigram, Dindigul. This composite project, referenced as Tender No. 07/CE/MDU/2025-26, is divided into sub-works: Package C1 for the building portion including internal water supply, sanitary installation, and drainage, and Package E1 for providing IEI and Fans, with SH: Balance work also included. The estimated cost of the work is ₹ 1,04,82,128, and the Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) required is ₹ 2,09,643, payable via DD, FDR, BC, or BG in favor of the Executive Engineer, Madurai Central Division-I, CPWD, Madurai-625002.
