The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) is inviting open tenders for the construction of a Regional Passport Office (B+G+6) and a Residential Building (B+G+3) with Basement and Mechanical Car Parking at New Town, Kolkata. The comprehensive project encompasses pile foundation, basement construction, internal sanitary installations, internal electrical installations, a substation, HVAC system, fire fighting and fire alarm systems, DG sets, security system, ventilation system, facade lighting, UPS, networking, and CCTV infrastructure. This composite work package, identified by NIT/RFP NO 11/CE(Kol)/CPWD/2025-26, is estimated at ₹82,03,51,127 with a completion timeline of 21 months.
