The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open tenders for annual repairs and maintenance to the JIPMER Academic and Residential Campus for the financial year 2025-2026 at the JIPMER Karaikal campus. This composite, non-CPWD contract encompasses two sub-works: annual comprehensive maintenance of the higher and lower sides of the 4 x 400 TR central air conditioning plant within the Academic campus, and providing a comprehensive annual maintenance contract for the HVAC system installed throughout the JIPMER Academic campus in Karaikal. The estimated cost of the work is ₹ 11,18,388 and the time allowed for completion is 6 months.
