The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) is inviting open tenders for the construction of 38 Nos Type VI Multi-storeyed quarters, G+19 floors building for the Income Tax Department at Nungambakkam, Chennai. This project, identified by NIT/RFP NO 111/CE/EE(E)-CHENNAI-I/2025-26/CPWD/CHN, also includes the Design and SITC of a fully automatic 50 Nos Multi-Level Puzzle type car parking system G plus 5 Levels, encompassing comprehensive maintenance for 7 years on an EPC basis. The estimated cost of the project is ₹ 6,70,35,298 and the stipulated time for completion is 6 months. The EMD amount is ₹ 13,40,706 payable in favor of Executive Engineer (E), CCED-III, CPWD, Chennai-40 via DD, FDR, BC, or BG.
