The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open percentage bids for the construction of a Precast RC Compound wall for the Deep Ocean Mission Vertical 6 Advanced Marine Station for Ocean Biology (AMSOB), NIOT, NoES, Nemmeli Village, Chengalpattu, including SF-I Precast RCC Wall and SH-II Chain link fencing, as well as Electrical Services. This composite work, under NIT/RFP NO 83/CE/C3D/2025-26/CHENNAI/R1, is estimated to cost ₹ 5,34,90,671, and the completion timeframe is 9 months. A mandatory Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 10,69,813 is required, payable via DD, FDR, BC, or BG in favour of EE/CCD V/CPWD/CHENNAI or EE/CCD I/CPWD/CHENNAI.
