The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) is inviting open tenders for the "Construction of 456 boys hostel vertical extension of girls hostel common amenities center Type III quarters Type IV quarters 300 seater semi permanent dining block indoor sports complex building and development open sports infrastructure SH Providing services for assisting to acing planning nature of works and other office works in the O/o SE PD EE and SM (C) - II AE-IV CPWD karaikal for the period of months". The tender, reference number 01/EE&SM(C)-II/KPD-II/2026-27, encompasses Manpower Supply services for a period of 6 months at an estimated cost of ₹ 11,35,169. Interested bidders must submit their bids by 11:00 AM on April 9, 2026. A mandatory EMD of ₹ 22,703 is required, payable via DD, FDR, CDR, BC, or BG in favour of EE & SM (C) - 2. Bidders must furnish mandatory documents including Insurance Surety Bond / Demand Draft / Account Payee Bankers Cheque / FDR/ e Bank Guarantee of any commercial Bank drawn in favour of Executive Engineer and Senior Manger (C)-II, Karaikal Project Division-II, CPWD, Karaikal against EMD, Receipt for deposition of Original EMD Copy of CPWD Enlistment Order under Composite Category of appropriate class, GST registration Certificate, Integrity Pact, Affidavit (Form F), Notarized Affidavit of Non-black listing (Form G), and Certificate of ERP training (for CPWD Contractors).
