Enlistment order issued by enlistment authority, with validity duly extended, in favor of the CPWD contractor shall only be considered, Certificate of Registration for GST, GST filed return acknowledgement of DECEMBER 2025 or thereafter, Certificate issued through LMS (Learning Management System) in ERP after completing compulsory ERP training through any of the CPWD RTI at Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai and Kolkata, NCA Ghaziabad as per circular.No.DG/Enlist.Rules-2023/10 Issued by the Authority of Director General, CPWD Dated 22.04.2024, Undertaking for site inspection Intending bidders must upload undertaking that they have inspected and examined the site and its surrounding before submitting their bids - as prescribed in Annexure-3, Notarized Affidavit of Non-black listing and on-Suspension of Business by CPWD/State/Central departments/PSU/Autonomous bodies - as prescribed in Annexure-4, Letter of Transmittal-As prescribed in Annexure-5, Undertaking on structural stability and soundness of already completed buildings and infrastructure projects - as prescribed in Annexure-6, Any other Document as specified elsewhere in the press notice and NIT as mandatory.
