AAI Cargo Logistics and Allied Services Company Ltd, a Public Sector Undertaking, through its Regional Manager based at Integrated Air Cargo Complex, Meenambakkam, Chennai Airport, invites eligible and qualified bidders for an Open Tender under reference number AAICLAS/FMC/ELECT- ARC/2026-27. This Works tender concerns the critical "Round the clock Maintenance of Internal and External Electrical installations, Room Air Conditioners, Water Coolers, HVLS Fans, Boom Barrier, Scissor Lift, Sliding Gates etc., at Integrated Air Cargo Complex at Chennai Airport, Chennai for two years." The scope of work encompasses comprehensive electrical and E&M installation maintenance, requiring dedicated manpower deployment on a 24x7 basis. The estimated Tender Value for this contract is ₹3,37,90,890. Bidders are required to submit a non-refundable Tender Fee of ₹1,180 and an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹10,13,727. Both the Tender Fee and EMD are payable to AAICLAS at Chennai. All submissions are to be made in a two-cover system, comprising both technical and financial proposals. Bids will be opened on July 30, 2026, at 11:30 AM. Key technical submission requirements include, but are not limited to, a valid Electrical Contractor license issued by the State Licensing Authority, Tender Acceptance letter, undertakings regarding blacklisting/debarment and GST compliance, PAN and GST registration, an affidavit regarding compliance with minimum wages, details of similar work completed over the last seven years, financial information (turnover), EPF and ESIC registration certificates, and an UDIN generated balance sheet, all as per the detailed NIT.
