The Director General, Indo-Tibetan Border Police Force, through the Dy. Commandant (Engr.) at SHQ Gangtok ITBP, Tadong, Sikkim, invites eligible and experienced contractors for an Open Tender (Tender ID: 2026_ITBP_912989_1, Reference: ITBP/SHQ GTK/ENGR Br/48 Bn/NIT/168/2026/276 Dtd. 13.06.26) for significant Civil Works. The project entails the construction of ORs accommodation, a stable, and a training shed at the camp of 48 Bn ITBP, situated in a challenging high-altitude environment of 12600 feet in North Sikkim, approximately 18 km from Chungthang (accessible by road) and a further 9 km on foot from the nearest roadhead. This 'Percentage Form' contract has an estimated tender value of ₹2,69,53,223, with a stipulated work period of 730 days. Bidders are required to submit an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹5,39,064, payable to DIG, SHQ (Gangtok) ITBP at SBI, Tadong, Gangtok, Sikkim, via Demand Draft, FDR, Bankers Cheque, or Bank Guarantee.
