The Directorate General, Indo-Tibetan Border Police Force (ITBP), through its SHQ Gangtok ITBP, invites open tenders for a significant civil works project under Tender Reference Number ITBP/SHQ GTK/ENGR Br/13 Bn/NIT/169/2026/262 Dtd. 09.06.26. This comprehensive project involves the construction and re-development of essential infrastructure, including a Recreation Hall, Trainingshed, and MTshed, alongside the installation of a boundary wall and SITC of LED street lighting, at the camp of 13 Bn ITBP. Notably, the project location presents a unique challenge, situated at an arduous altitude of 15,839 feet in North Sikkim, approximately 200 km from Mangan, though the camp road is connected. The estimated tender value for this critical undertaking is ₹ 3,56,64,141. Interested bidders are required to submit an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 7,13,283 (2.0% of the tender value), payable to DIG, SHQ (Gangtok) ITBP at SBI, Tadong, Gangtok, Sikkim, using instruments such as Demand Draft, FDR, Bankers Cheque, or Bank Guarantee.
