Work Description - Annual Repairs & Maintenance Work Of Office Building Of Bsi, Shrc, Gangtok And Type-i, Ii, Iv Quarters In Bsi Residential Complex At Baluwakhani, Gangtok For The Year 2026-27.
The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open percentage bids for the Annual Repairs & Maintenance work of office building of BSI, SHRC, Gangtok and Type-I, II, IV quarters in BSI residential complex at Baluwakhani, Gangtok for the year 2026-27. NIT/RFP NO is 12/NIT/EE/GCD/GTK/CPWD/2026-27. The estimated cost of the work is ₹ 15,27,884 with a time allowed of 12 months. An EMD of ₹ 30,558 is required, payable to the Executive Engineer, Gangtok Central Division, CPWD, Gangtok, via DD, FDR, BC, or BG. The bid submission start date is 27th May 2026 at 03:34 PM and the closing date is 3rd June 2026 at 03:00 PM. Bids will be opened on 3rd June 2026 at 04:00 PM. Mandatory documents include the Enlistment Order, EMD in prescribed form and receipt, GST registration certificate, valid contact details on the bidder's letterhead, and ERP Training Certificate as per DG, CPWD OM No. DG/ Enlist.
