Work Description - Construction Of Nabard Regional Office (g Plus 3) & Residential Building (g Plus 4) Stories At Nabard Plot, Lumsey, Gangtok Including Site Development, Water Supply, Sanitary Installations, Sitc Of Iei, Compund Lights, Epbax System, Lan/ Wifi System, Ups, Dg Set, Cctv System, Fire Alarm & Pa System, Fire Fighting System, Lift, Sub Station Lt Panels, Ac System, Safety Equipments Etc And Horticulture Works.

The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), through its EE-Gangtok office located in Gangtok, Sikkim, is inviting bids for the comprehensive construction of the NABARD Regional Office and associated Residential Building. This significant project, with an estimated cost of ₹33,47,34,890 and a completion timeframe of 30 months, encompasses the development of a (G plus 3) stories Administrative Building and a (G plus 4) stories Residential Building. The scope of work is extensive, including all aspects of site development, essential utilities such as water supply and sanitary installations, and the complete Supply, Installation, Testing, and Commissioning (SITC) of a wide array of modern building systems. This includes Intelligent Electronic Infrastructure (IEI), compound lighting, EPBAX, LAN/WiFi networks, UPS, DG sets, CCTV systems, fire alarm and Public Address (PA) systems, fire fighting systems, lifts, sub-station LT panels, air conditioning systems, and crucial safety equipment. Furthermore, the project also requires dedicated horticulture works. Bids are to be submitted on a percentage basis, with the tender documents available for download from August 6, 2026, at 04:02 PM until August 20, 2026, at 03:00 PM, which is also the deadline for bid submission. The bid opening will take place on August 20, 2026, at 03:30 PM. Prospective bidders are required to furnish an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹43,47,349, payable via DD, FDR, BC, or BG in favour of the Executive Engineer, Gangtok Central Division, CPWD, Gangtok. A detailed list of mandatory documents, including enlistment orders, EMD receipts, GST registration, structural stability undertakings, ERP training certificates, contractor licensing for electrical and horticulture works, and other stipulated NIT requirements, must be submitted by all applicants.
