The Urban Improvement Trust (UIT) Kota, through its Executive Engineer located at KDA Kota, invites eligible and experienced contractors for an Open Tender for the "Development of Sports Center (Cricket Stadium and Swimming Pool) at Nayapura, Kota." This significant civil works project, with an estimated tender value of ₹1,34,15,30,000, involves comprehensive construction activities to be completed within a period of 630 days. A mandatory Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹2,68,30,600 (2.0% of the tender value) is required, payable to the Secretary, KDA Kota, with provisions for EMD through Bank Guarantee/Surety Bond or exemption as per terms.
