Work Description - 24 - Construction Of Cc Road From Mahesh Ji Sen House To Rajbhadur Singh Bhati And Near By Places At Gandhi Nagar In Uit Area Chittorgarh

The Secretary, UIT Chittorgarh, is pleased to invite sealed bids through an open tender process for the comprehensive construction of a Concrete Cement (CC) Road. This significant civil works project, with an estimated tender value of ₹9,97,000, encompasses the development of a CC Road from Mahesh ji Sen House to Rajbhadur Singh Bhati, along with surrounding areas within Gandhi Nagar, located in the UIT Area of Chittorgarh. The designated period for the completion of this work is 90 days. Prospective bidders are required to submit their bids in two covers. Cover 1 will include Tender Fee, Processing Fee, EMD, valid registration, GST, and other pertinent documents, while Cover 2 will contain the Bill of Quantities (BOQ). The Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) is set at 2.0% of the tender value, amounting to ₹19,940, which can be paid through the SSO ID. A non-refundable tender fee of ₹1000 (₹500 Tender Fee and ₹500 Processing Fee) is also applicable, payable through the SSO ID.
