Work Description - Hiring Of Sanitation Workers, Watchmen, Electricians, Plumbers, And Gardeners On A Contractual/job Basis.

The Social Justice and Empowerment Deptt.(RREIS), through the Principal, Dr Bhimrao Ambedkar Government Girls Residential Higher Secondary School, Khodan Banswara, invites eligible bidders for Open Tender No. NIT 05 of 2026-27. This tender is for the critical service of hiring sanitation workers, watchmen, electricians, plumbers, and gardeners on a contractual/job basis at Khodan. The estimated tender value for this Item Rate contract is ₹ 15,50,000, with a contract period of 243 days, ensuring continuity of essential services. Prospective bidders are required to submit an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 31,000 and a total tender fee of ₹ 1,500 (comprising ₹ 1,000 Tender Fee and ₹ 500 Processing Fee). Both the EMD and Tender Fee are payable to the "Principal" at "Residential School Khodan SJED, Banswara." Payment can be made via various instruments including DD, BG, BC, Bankers Pay Order (BPO), or EGRAS. EMD exemption is allowed through BG/ST. The tender documents will be available for download from 09:00 AM on 20-Jul-2026 until 06:00 PM on 30-Jul-2026. Bids can be submitted starting from 09:00 AM on 20-Jul-2026, with the submission deadline set for 06:00 PM on 30-Jul-2026.
