The Social Justice and Empowerment Department (RREIS), operating through the Principal of Dr Bhimrao Ambedkar Government Girls Residential Higher Secondary School, Khodan Banswara, invites eligible bidders to participate in an Open Tender (NIT 04 of 2026-27) for the supply of fruits and vegetables. This vital service contract, estimated at a value of ₹16,80,000, aims to establish a rate contract for a period of 243 days to serve the institution in Khodan, Banswara. Tender documents will be available for download and bid submission will commence from July 20, 2026, at 09:00 AM, with the final deadline for both document download and bid submission set for July 30, 2026, at 06:00 PM. The submitted bids will be publicly opened on July 31, 2026, at 11:00 AM at the Principal Residential School Khodan SJED, Banswara. A non-refundable tender fee of ₹1,500 and a mandatory Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹33,600 are required, both payable to the Principal at Residential School Khodan SJED, Banswara, with provisions for EMD submission through Bank Guarantee (BG)/Security Deposit (ST) or exemption as per terms. Bidders are instructed to submit their proposals in two separate covers, one for Fee/Pre-qualification/Technical details and the second for Financial (BOQ) information.
