The Executive Engineer, RSAMB Division Kota, acting on behalf of the State Government and UT organization RSAMB, invites eligible bidders for an Open Tender (Nit No 05/2026-27 EE RSAMB Div Kota) for the "Construction of Various work in Sub Yard Sultanpur, Package Kota-Kota (Grain)-03/2026-27, under KUMS Kota (Grain)" in KOTA. This Civil Works project has an estimated tender value of ₹71,33,000 and a stipulated period of completion of 240 days, with the contract to be awarded on a Percentage basis. Prospective bidders are required to submit an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹1,42,660 (2.0% of the estimated value), payable to "RTGS/NEFT/Any other money Transfer System" as per NIT, with the option for EMD through BG/ST or EMD Exemption allowed. A non-refundable Tender Fee of ₹1,000 and a Processing Fee of ₹1,500, totaling ₹2,500, must also be paid to "RTGS/NEFT/Any other money Transfer System" as per NIT. Technical and financial bids will be opened on July 03, 2026, at 11:00 AM at the office of the Executive Engineer, RSAMB Div Kota. Bids will remain valid for 90 days from the bid opening date. Bidders must submit their proposals in two covers. Cover 1, designated as "Fee/PreQual/Technical," should include registration details, UTR/Transaction Slips for fees, GST documents, and all other technical documents as per the NIT. Cover 2, designated as "Finance," must contain the Bill of Quantities (BOQ). Additionally, signed copies of Annexures A, B, C, D, and a digitally signed Agreement Copy are required as part of the overall submission.
