The Rajasthan State Agricultural Marketing Board (RSAMB), through its Executive Engineer at RSAMB Division Sikar, invites eligible bidders for an Open Tender for the "Construction of various farmer rest houses at KUMS Churu Distt. Churu." This civil works project, identified by Tender Reference Number RSAMB/Sikar/NIT-05/2026-27, carries an estimated tender value of ₹26,59,000. The contract will be awarded on a Percentage basis. Prospective bidders can download tender documents starting from July 17, 2026, 06:30 PM, until July 28, 2026, 06:00 PM. The bid submission window opens on July 20, 2026, 06:00 PM, and closes on July 28, 2026, 06:00 PM. Technical bids will be opened on July 30, 2026, 11:00 AM, at RSAMB Division Sikar. Bidders must also submit an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹53,180, which is 2.0% of the estimated value, payable to "EE RSAMB Sikar" at Sikar. EMD through BG/ST or EMD exemption is allowed. Bids are to be submitted in two covers: Cover 1 for Fee/Pre-Qualification/Technical documents (including Registration, GST Certificate, UTR/Transaction Reference No. Slip, and signed copies of Annexure A, B, C, D, and the entire Bid Document), and Cover 2 for the Financial Bid (BOQ).
