Work Description - Annual Rate Contract (arc) For Repair And Maintenance Works At Block- Phalasiya District- Udaipur

The Rajasthan Council of School Education, through its State Project Director (SPD RCSCE), invites eligible and experienced contractors to participate in an Open Tender (NIT 05/CIVIL/2026-27/SMSA UDAIPUR, Tender ID: 2026_RCSCE_578964_7) for an Annual Rate Contract (ARC). This significant civil works project entails comprehensive repair and maintenance services for facilities located in Block- Phalasaya, Udaipur District. The contract, valued at an estimated ₹84,74,576, is structured as a Percentage-based Rate Contract for Civil Works - Buildings, aiming to ensure the sustained upkeep and operational efficiency of the educational infrastructure.
