Work Description - Depur Ashram Se Khum Singh Ji Makan Tak Bt Sadak Nirman Karya Rdmft/gc-16/2025-26/19

The EE PWD Dn. Nathdwara, representing PWD - CE AND AS, a State Govt. and UT organization, invites open tenders for the "Depur Ashram se khum singh ji makan tak BT sadak nirman karya RDMFT/GC-16/2025-26/19" – construction of BT road from Depur Ashram to Khum Singh Ji's house. This civil works project, referenced as NIT No. 18/2025-26 PWD Dn. Nathdwara, has an estimated tender value of ₹68,70,000 with a work completion period of 150 days. Interested bidders must submit an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹1,37,400, equivalent to 2.0% of the tender value, payable through Chalan. A non-refundable tender fee of ₹3,000 is applicable, also payable via Chalan, comprising ₹1,500 for tender fee and ₹1,500 as processing fee. The tender documents, including the NIT and Agreement & Circular, can be downloaded from December 25th, 2025 (09:00 AM) until January 5th, 2026 (06:00 PM). Bids must be submitted by January 5th, 2026 (06:00 PM). The bid opening is scheduled for January 6th, 2026 (11:00 AM) at EE PWD Dn. Nathdwara. This is a two-cover tender, with Cover 1 requiring scanned copies of the Chalan, valid contractor registration, GST annexure B declaration, and Cover 2 containing Schedule G BOQ in .xls format. Bids will remain valid for 90 days.
