The Executive Engineer, PWD Division Balotra, on behalf of the Public Works Department - Chief Engineer (CE) and Additional Secretary (AS), an organisation of State Government and UT, invites sealed bids through an Open Tender for the work of "Barricading of Main VIP route for Hon'ble PM visit at HRRL Pachapdra Dist. Balotra". This is a Civil Works project with an estimated Tender Value of ₹7,15,000. The tender, bearing Reference Number NIT No 10/2026-27 EE PWD Balotra, requires an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹14,300 (2.0% of the estimated value) and a non-refundable Tender Fee of ₹1,000 (comprising ₹500 Tender Fee and ₹500 Processing Fee). Both the EMD and Tender Fee are payable to "Ex EN PWD Dn Balotra" at Balotra. EMD exemption through BG/ST is allowed. The contract will be on a Percentage basis, with a Period of Work spanning 7 days and a Bid Validity of 90 days. The Document Download End Date and Bid Submission End Date are 25-Jun-2026 at 03:00 PM. The bids will be opened on 25-Jun-2026 at 04:00 PM in Balotra. Bidders are required to submit their proposals in two covers. Cover 1 (Fee/PreQual/Technical) mandates submission of documents such as firm's enlistment with latest review order, Tender fees/Tender processing fees and Bid Security (EMD) via www.egras.rajasthan.gov.in, GST and EPF/ESI Registration, and Annexure A to D as per RTPP Act 2012 and Rules 2013. Cover 2 (Finance) must include the Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
