Work Description - Rate Conract For Work Of Installation And Commissioning Of Handpumps, Construction Of Handpump Platform And Soakage Well And Other Ancillary Works Under Jurisdiction Of Division Nathdwara

The PHED-Chief Engineer(HQ), Jaipur, a State Govt. and UT organization, invites open tenders (Tender Reference Number EE 87/2025-26, Tender ID 2026_PHCJA_527145_1) from eligible contractors for a RATE CONTRACT FOR WORK OF INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING OF HANDPUMPS, CONSTRUCTION OF HANDPUMP PLATFORM AND SOAKAGE WELL AND OTHER ANCILLARY WORKS UNDER JURISDICTION OF DIVISION NATHDWARA. The estimated tender value is ₹29,50,000 with a work period of 330 days. Interested bidders must download tender documents starting January 12, 2026, 06:00 PM and submit their bids no later than January 27, 2026, 06:00 PM. A mandatory Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹59,000 (2.0% of tender value) is required, payable to EE PHED DIVISION NATHDWARA, and can be submitted through BG/ST or EMD Exemption. The tender fee is ₹1,500 (Tender Fee ₹1000 and processing fee ₹500), payable to EE PHED DIVISION NATHDWARA. The bid opening date is scheduled for January 28, 2026, at 03:00 PM at the office of EE PHED DIVISION NATHDWARA. Bidders are required to submit two covers: Cover 1 should include the challan of Tender/ EMD/Process Fee/ Historical contract non-performance, Contractor Registration, GST Registration, and Technical Work experience certificate, Required Annexure and Schedules filled and signed by bidder with required document, Tender document as uploaded by department which Read understood and digitally signed; Cover 2 should contain the Price Schedule BOQ in .xls format.
