The Panchayati Raj Department, through the VDO GP MACHDI, invites sealed bids for an open tender (Tender ID: 2026_PRD_577065_1, Reference Number: NIT 03/2026-27 (Machdi) No. 41-44 Dt.23.07.2026) concerning comprehensive sanitation services in Gram Panchayat Machdi. The scope of work encompasses essential community services including the collection and separation of garbage from both residential and commercial establishments, meticulous cleaning of roads and drains, and the upkeep of community sanitation complexes across all villages within Gram Panchayat Machdi. This is a rate contract for miscellaneous works with an estimated tender value of ₹8,50,000 and an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹17,000, which is 2.0% of the tender value and can be submitted via BG/ST or through exemption.
